ABOUT US 

My name is Joanne Kosylo. I am the founder and Director of Precious Time Concierge.  I developed Precious Time due to the ever increasing demand on families to balance work, life and family commitments.  

With a background in social work and case management I have developed skills that can directly benefit you and your family.  I have over ten years experience in organising and co-ordinating households in a professional setting.

I am extremely creative and resourceful with a variety of problem solving techniques.  I have excellent communication skills and I am a great listener.  These attributes are ideal qualities for an ultra organised mum who can assist your household to be organised too.

I have;  

• a Bachelor in Social Work
• a Certificate in residential and community Services
• a current Victorian drivers license
• a current Police Check  
• a current Working with Children's Check

I am also a member of ;

Institute of Concierge and Lifestyle Managers (i-CALM)

International Concierge Lifestyle Management Association (ICLMA)
